3Cloud is hiring a full-time Database Administrator to manage multiple customer database projects, including Azure data service migrations, high availability and disaster recovery, SQL and Windows clustering, monitoring, backup and recovery, performance tuning, security, and infrastructure provisioning. The role requires strong Azure and RDBMS experience, advanced HA/DR and performance-tuning expertise, cloud infrastructure knowledge using Bicep or Terraform, and the ability to support presales, documentation, mentoring, and project delivery. The position is remote in the Philippines and does not offer work visa sponsorship.
