The role focuses on maintaining database availability, performance, and security; creating encryption and replication strategies; and working with Postgres, clustering, failover, and configuration management. Candidates need at least seven years of direct Postgres database administration experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or relevant experience, along with strong communication skills.
