The role covers daily health checks, performance monitoring and optimization, troubleshooting, upgrades, migrations, network connectivity, server and storage maintenance, documentation, and security compliance. Candidates need a current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph, a bachelor’s degree in a technology discipline, and at least eight years of experience, with additional experience potentially substituting for the degree.
