ServiceNow is hiring a Database and Infrastructure Engineer to become a subject-matter expert in production database troubleshooting, ServiceNow instance performance, and Linux performance analysis across on-premises and hyperscaler environments. The role owns complex incident root-cause analysis across multi-tenant PostgreSQL and MariaDB fleets, develops observability and automation, influences infrastructure decisions, and mentors engineers. Candidates need extensive database and distributed-systems experience, strong Unix and performance-tuning skills, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience. The position offers CAD 94,100–160,000 in base pay plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
