The Database Architect and L2 Technical Operational Support role works for NYS Information Technology Services on behalf of the New York State Department of Transportation. Responsibilities include gathering business and vendor requirements, designing data infrastructure and database solutions, supporting the secure software development lifecycle, improving ODI/ELT and ETL processes, debugging and testing code, deploying applications, managing incidents and releases, auditing databases, and documenting secure application integrations.
