Citi is hiring a full-time Applications Development Programmer Analyst to support the establishment, implementation, analysis, and day-to-day delivery of enterprise Web applications in the Onboarding/AML/KYC domain. The role requires 4+ years of experience with Oracle, Java/J2EE, SQL, PL/SQL, Unix, and SDLC, along with strong analytical, communication, and risk-mitigation skills. The position is based in India, reports to a Front Office Technology Team lead in New York, and may require late-evening India-time work to support urgent client and US onshore-team requests.
