Accenture Federal Services is hiring a Database Engineer to manage and optimize database systems for platform data storage infrastructure. The role includes designing schemas, tuning performance, securing databases, managing backups and upgrades, implementing high availability and disaster recovery, automating administration, and supporting development teams. Candidates must meet one of three qualification paths, including an advanced degree, accepted training, or professional certification, and must meet DoD 8140 requirements. An active Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required depending on the position. The stated base pay range is $78,600 to $160,200 USD.
