HENNGE is hiring a full-time Database Engineer to design, build, operate, and continuously improve AWS-based database infrastructure for HENNGE One, its cloud security service. The role focuses on handling large-scale user usage logs and service data, ensuring security, reliability, availability, and performance through database architecture design, monitoring, backups, recovery, and data handling rules. The position collaborates closely with product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams, requires strong public cloud and RDB experience, database security knowledge, Japanese business-level ability, and comfort using English. The job is based in Japan with office-based work expected in Tokyo, Nagoya, or Osaka.
