Description
Netsmart is hiring a Database Developer to own and evolve the data layer of a cloud-hosted healthcare SaaS platform. The role involves designing and optimizing SQL Server stored procedures, views, functions, and triggers; managing schema migrations and deployments; building reporting data warehouses; tuning high-concurrency queries; supporting third-party integrations; implementing HIPAA/PHI controls; and collaborating with .NET developers on data access patterns. The position requires 4–6 years of SQL Server experience and expertise in T-SQL, performance tuning, database design, SQL Server Data Tools, Entity Framework, Git workflows, and debugging.
