AXS is hiring a Database Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and optimize relational and NoSQL databases for its products. The role covers database deployments in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, monitoring, security, high availability, replication, backups, disaster recovery, performance tuning, and production troubleshooting. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of database engineering or DBA experience including three years in a DevOps or cloud environment, and expertise with PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, Aurora, and related cloud and database technologies. The position pays $100,000-$120,000, includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, and requires an in-person onsite interview component.
