Description
MSIGHTS is hiring a Data Transformation Engineer for its Monterrey, Nuevo León office. The role develops and executes automatic data collection and integration processes, imports marketing data into the MSIGHTS Platform, performs ETL and data normalization, implements database solutions using data flows and streams, applies client business rules, monitors query performance, and follows Agile and Scrum delivery practices. The position requires at least two years of AWS cloud experience, knowledge of database services such as Redshift, Athena, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL, familiarity with data modeling and data flows, strong English communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
