Description
Auctane is hiring a Database Engineering Manager to lead a multi-member database engineering team, manage daily database operations and delivery, ensure availability and quality, mentor administrators, support recruitment and career development, and collaborate with stakeholders on technical and operational priorities. The role requires extensive experience leading and scaling technical teams, database administration, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, security and compliance, incident management, and performance tracking. The technology stack includes MS SQL Server, T-SQL, Amazon Web Services, Terraform, PowerShell, and C# .NET. The position offers a hybrid framework with two office days per week and is based in Zielona Gora and Wroclaw.
