Capio Group is hiring a full-time Database Lead in Sacramento to lead the database architecture, development, integration, migration, security, testing, release, and operational support of a large-scale modernization initiative replacing a legacy PowerBuilder and Oracle system. The role manages technical resources, hybrid Agile program increments, data quality and migration issues, security controls, accessibility compliance, and coordination with clients, contractors, and other project participants. Mandatory experience includes at least three years architecting cloud relational databases, one year designing data marts or archive databases, and three years leading ETL activities on qualifying software solutions, along with a bachelor’s degree and an industry-recognized database certification.
