Description
The Database Migrations Engineer will own and execute database migrations for enterprise and Private Cloud customers on Laravel Cloud, primarily using MySQL and Postgres. The role takes over the PlanetScale relationship, productizes repeatable migration patterns, automates recurring requests, supports broader application and service migrations, documents knowledge for Sales, Customer Support, and Engineering, and monitors competitive database offerings. The position is fully remote and requires strong MySQL and Postgres skills, customer-facing migration experience, productisation ability, and strong written communication.
