The Database Operations Lead will oversee 24/7 operations, monitoring, performance, security, backup, recovery, and optimization of Oracle RDS and Aurora PostgreSQL production environments in AWS. The role leads database administrators and engineers, manages incident response and operational runbooks, and collaborates with development and cross-functional teams. It requires extensive database operations and leadership experience, strong expertise in Oracle and PostgreSQL, Terraform, AWS, and related cloud and DevOps practices, along with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
