Description
AppDirect is hiring a Database Platform Engineer to support its Data Platform team, which manages more than 80 data warehouses. The role leads large-scale database migrations, designs blue/green deployment and data archiving strategies, automates database platform changes, guides engineers on relational and document database solutions, supports security and governance, and participates in incident management. Candidates need at least two years of production MySQL or PostgreSQL experience, two years of AWS experience, strong relational database knowledge, and experience in decentralized teams.
