The Database Platform Engineer will operate, improve, and automate database and data storage platforms in cloud environments for developers, data engineers, analysts, and traders. The role focuses on PostgreSQL and other relational databases, monitoring availability, performance, backups, security, and capacity; troubleshooting errors and slow queries; tuning queries and indexes; supporting ETL and data-processing workflows; and automating recurring database operations.
