Description
The Applications Development Intermediate Programmer Analyst supports the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The role involves defining system enhancements, analyzing and interpreting code, recommending programming solutions, installing and supporting customer-facing systems, testing and debugging applications, identifying security vulnerabilities, advising lower-level analysts, and acting as a subject-matter expert for senior stakeholders. The position requires 2–5 years of relevant financial-services experience, intermediate applications-development experience, hands-on relational-database experience with Oracle or SQL Server, database performance tuning and SQL skills, data analysis and modeling, strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently under pressure. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
