Description
The Database Reliability Engineer will own and operate mission-critical MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch platforms supporting enterprise SaaS applications. The role covers database architecture, high-availability and disaster-recovery design, 24x7 production operations, incident diagnosis, failovers, performance tuning, security, backups, migrations, and technical leadership. Candidates need 8–12 years of database engineering or related experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on MongoDB production support, along with cloud, Linux, and programming experience.
