Description
Tiger Data is hiring a Database Support Engineer for its Technical Services team to provide customer-facing technical support across PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and related platform features. The role involves troubleshooting performance and application issues, analysing query execution plans, implementing database solutions, collaborating with customers and engineering teams, and contributing to platform improvements. It is a permanent full-time weekday role with priority for APAC time zones, scheduled 5 AM–2 PM IST Monday through Friday, with possible occasional on-call coverage.
