VARITE is hiring an AWS Database Operations Engineer to support Availity’s migration to an AWS ecosystem. The role manages AWS RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, DocumentDB, and ElastiCache; maintains backups, recovery, disaster recovery, performance, security, and compliance; automates infrastructure with Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible; integrates database operations into CI/CD; and supports 24/7 follow-the-sun operations with US counterparts. Candidates need at least five years of database administration experience, three years of AWS database experience, and hands-on experience with the listed services.
