Description
The Database Systems Analyst & Programmer provides application support and develops new applications for the Court organization. The role designs, codes, tests, analyzes, documents, and debugs software and database systems; supports users through daily and after-hours Help Desk; assesses business needs; recommends technology solutions; and trains users. It requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent education, strong programming and database knowledge, and experience with enterprise and desktop applications. Django and Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are preferred. The position works Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., reports to the Director of Judicial Information Systems & Technology, and requires a valid Illinois driver’s license and criminal background check.
