Description
Rincon Research Corporation is seeking a Database/Web Engineer to create software and cloud computing solutions for national security and defense. The role involves designing and implementing data systems, maintaining databases and web interfaces, adding new features to operational systems, implementing signal processing algorithms, testing with real data, and creating user interfaces and data visualization tools. The candidate should be proficient in modern software engineering practices, C++, Python, SQL and/or NoSQL, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. A degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance are required. Preferred qualifications include experience in software engineering, familiarity with JavaScript frameworks, DevOps and Cloud computing experience, and Agile development processes.
