Red Badger is hiring a Databricks Architect for its Data & AI practice in Leeds. This delivery-focused consulting role combines hands-on data architecture work with client-facing leadership: designing complex technical solutions, guiding data engineers through build and production, supporting pre-sales, and advising on modern data platforms across Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, and Azure. The role requires strong experience with data architecture patterns, agile delivery, and consulting-style stakeholder management, with a hybrid schedule of two onsite days per week in Leeds.
