Avanquest is hiring a full-time Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data processing and ingestion pipelines, write and test ETL and data-cleaning scripts in Databricks, monitor and optimize pipelines, ensure data lineage and quality, explore data storage solutions, and document engineering processes. The role requires at least five years of similar data engineering experience, Databricks expertise, a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, and strong Python and SQL skills. It offers a flexible hybrid model with an office in Downtown Montreal and the option to work remotely from abroad.
