Scicom Infrastructure Services is hiring a Databricks Practice Lead / Engineering Manager to provide hands-on technical leadership for enterprise and government data programs. The role combines senior Databricks expertise with people leadership, delivery management, architecture, troubleshooting, code reviews, client-facing solution development, and team management. Responsibilities include designing scalable data platforms, establishing governance and engineering standards, leading migrations, managing technical risks and schedules, and supporting proposals and client engagements. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of data engineering or architecture experience, at least 5 years of hands-on Databricks experience, and at least 3 years managing technical engineering teams.
