The role covers Databricks workspaces, Unity Catalog, compute, security, automation, cloud integration, governance, troubleshooting, architecture documentation, and technical leadership. It offers virtual work flexibility within the United States, with preference for candidates near specified Guidehouse offices, and supports hiring across multiple levels. A bachelor's degree and 5–10 years of relevant experience are required.

Additional Information

Hands-on Databricks environment design, implementation, or administration
Client-facing technical leadership in consulting or project-based delivery
Preferred Qualifications: Active Databricks certification
Databricks AI/ML and application capabilities, including MLflow, AI Gateway, Genie One, or Databricks Apps
Databricks Apps, React, API architecture, Delta Tables, and Databricks Agents
Experience in regulated or security-sensitive environments
Terraform, Databricks Asset Bundles, Git deployment, automated testing, release management, or CI/CD
Enterprise identity, data catalogs, orchestration, observability, BI, and cloud security integrations
Enterprise platform operating models, governance, cost controls, and production support
