Trace3 is hiring a Regional Senior Principal Engineer/Enterprise Architect IV for a six-month W2 contract. The role serves as a customer-facing technical lead for secure on-premises and hybrid datacenter discovery, architecture, design, modernization, and solution-shaping engagements. Responsibilities include leading stakeholder workshops, translating requirements into actionable architectures, designing hybrid-cloud solutions with Microsoft Azure Government and Microsoft GCC-High, applying Zero Trust and defense-in-depth controls, performing capacity and migration planning, and presenting architectures to customers and executives. The position is full-time and on-site in Linthicum Heights, Maryland, or Annapolis Junction, Maryland, requires Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI preferred, and offers a base salary of $185,001 to $198,458.50.
