Microsoft is hiring a Datacenter Business Operations Program Manager to lead end-to-end execution of datacenter capacity, retrofit, modernization, and infrastructure optimization projects. The role coordinates with Electrical Engineers, Critical Environment Field Service Engineers, Datacenter Operations, Engineering, Construction, IT and Network teams, vendors, integrators, and contractors; manages schedules, risks, costs, safety, security, change management, customer impact, and service incidents; and supports Microsoft’s cloud infrastructure services. Candidates need a high school qualification or equivalent plus at least three years of experience supporting IT equipment or delivering server and network deployment projects in large-scale environments, with additional qualifications and experience options also listed.
