Description
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Datacenter Engineer- L3/ERT to provide Level 3 technical support for HPE Aruba networking products, troubleshoot complex customer and internal incidents, capture logs, develop resolution plans, and communicate with customers and support teams. The role works across shifts in a 24x7 environment and requires a hybrid arrangement with an average of two days per week at an HPE office. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, at least four years of networking experience including three years supporting data center technologies, and knowledge of data center networking, routing, switching, network architecture, and related protocols.
