Description
Nebius is hiring a Facilities Manager – Data Center to lead multidisciplinary teams and oversee the operation, maintenance, safety, compliance, capital projects, vendor performance, and operational risk of mission-critical data center infrastructure. The role manages electrical, UPS, generator, cooling, HVAC, fire, security, and other critical systems; develops maintenance and asset programs; supports sustainability and energy management; and prepares operational reports. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline, at least seven years of critical facilities experience, and at least three years leading technical teams, contractors, or service providers.
