DATA4 is hiring a full-time Data Center Infrastructure Lead for Spain to provide strategic leadership and governance for critical data center infrastructure across the country. The role manages Facility Manager Leads, Critical Environment Manager Leads, and operational teams; oversees multiple campuses; drives reliability, safety, security, compliance, operational performance, budgeting, and continuous improvement; and supports customer service and country strategic goals. The position requires at least five years of experience in similar or mission-critical operations, a relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience, and fluent English.
