Description
BrowserStack is hiring a full-time, fully onsite Datacenter Operations Engineer in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The role supports datacenter and test-lab infrastructure by managing Linux, macOS, Android, and iOS device fleets; provisioning, updating, and troubleshooting operating systems and mobile devices; maintaining racks, cabling, Wi-Fi access points, PDUs, and network connectivity; tracking assets; resolving Level 2 Jira tickets; documenting procedures in Confluence; and coordinating with global engineering teams and vendors. The position requires 2–4 years of IT operations, systems administration, or datacenter/lab support experience, strong Linux/macOS CLI skills, enterprise mobile-device management experience, networking knowledge, and technical troubleshooting abilities. Bash, Python, Ansible, MDM platforms, and Google Workspace are preferred. Comprehensive medical insurance is provided.
