Nesco Resource is hiring an onsite Data Center Tech L1 in the greater Norwalk, Connecticut area for a full-time role with a Worldwide IT Integration Corporation. The position involves rack and stack, server and appliance configuration and connection, reboots, status checks, inventories, escorts, ticket triage, and real-time ticketing-system updates. The schedule is Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Fridays and Saturdays from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., totaling 40 hours per week, with possible shift changes based on customer needs.
