Compass Mining is hiring a Datacenter Technician for its Facility Operations team to support 24/7 operation and security of critical infrastructure. The role performs routine and preventive maintenance, monitors hardware, responds to equipment faults, assists with server installation during customer onboarding, inspects mining facilities, and maintains service and maintenance logs. Candidates need a technical degree in information technology or equivalent certifications and experience, at least one year of experience in a critical infrastructure environment, and comfort working in a 24/7 team environment; electrical troubleshooting, HVAC, plumbing, security, and fire protection experience are preferred.
