XTX Markets is hiring a full-time, permanent Datacentre Operations Specialist to support the ongoing construction, commissioning, and day-to-day operations of its multi-megawatt colocation data centre in Kajaani, Finland. The role covers electrical, mechanical, cooling, automation, maintenance, capacity planning, energy efficiency, and 24/7 infrastructure availability, with on-call availability outside shift hours and possible overtime. Candidates should have a relevant engineering degree, at least three years of data centre or related industrial operations experience, strong infrastructure knowledge, and proficiency in English and Finnish.
