Description
The Datalink Developer will work onsite in Ottawa for six months, developing, supporting, and maintaining C, C++, and Python applications; performing low-level systems development; troubleshooting complex technical issues; and designing client-based technical solutions. The role also provides technical leadership and mentorship to a team of 5–7 developers, manages project tasks, contributes to technical designs and documentation, and supports middleware, event-driven, and service-mesh architectures. The position requires a Secret clearance, five years of programming experience including low-level systems development, and experience with middleware, event brokers, service meshes, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, and client-facing work. The salary range is 80–88 CAD per hour, with comprehensive health and dental benefits.
