Description
The DataOps Engineer will design, implement, automate, monitor, and optimize data pipelines and workflows for a fintech platform on AWS. The role covers data ingestion and processing, incident management, security and compliance, resource optimization, technical documentation, cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement, and mentorship. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of DataOps or data engineering experience, experience with tools such as Apache Airflow, Luigi, Jenkins, and Kafka, advanced SQL and NoSQL knowledge, Python and Bash scripting, AWS experience, Terraform or CloudFormation familiarity, Git, Agile and ITIL knowledge, and strong communication and analytical skills.
