Sword Technologies is seeking a DataStage Developer to design, develop, and optimize data integration pipelines for a major client. The role involves translating business requirements into high-performance ETL jobs, working with data engineering, architects, and business analysts, supporting data warehouse and data lake loading, participating in testing and production deployment, and contributing to data quality, documentation, incident tracking, and process improvement. The position requires IBM DataStage proficiency, data integration and ETL/ELT experience, relational database and SQL knowledge, data model interpretation, and project-team collaboration.
