As a DATEV Technician, you will serve as the primary technical liaison for customers, supporting their IT systems across various projects, migrations, and development initiatives. Your role involves leveraging deep technical expertise in DATEV structures and installations to drive impactful improvements. Responsibilities encompass installing, configuring, and upgrading DATEV environments, managing migrations and rollouts, resolving complex technical issues, processing incident management, performing routine maintenance, creating technical documentation, and collaborating with customers to advise on enhancements.
