Description
MISO is hiring a Day Ahead Operator to own the day-ahead electricity market process, including case creation, constraint management, congestion mitigation, and market approval. The role operates 365 days a year without overnight shifts and requires at least four years of electric utility or RTO experience, a related bachelor’s degree or eight years of equivalent experience, and NERC/RC certification. The base salary is $130,000–$140,000 USD annually, with an annual bonus and benefits including 401k, vacation, and sick and safe time.
