Description
The Day Porter performs routine cleaning and sanitation across assigned facilities, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, floor and surface polishing, restroom cleaning, waste removal, glass cleaning, and equipment storage. The role also reports maintenance and safety issues, supports meeting and event setup and cleanup, and follows cleaning and sanitation safety procedures. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, while previous janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning experience is a plus; independent work, time management, familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety standards, and attention to detail are also required.
