Lifesteps is hiring several part-time Day Program Aides for its Adult Training Facility in Eighty Four, Pennsylvania. The role supports adults with disabilities through vocation training, work skills, hygiene, money management, community participation, crafts, and other life skills; observes participant progress; maintains a safe and clean environment; and transports participants in an agency vehicle. The schedule is 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with no evenings, weekends, or holidays. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a current driver’s license, CPI certification, first aid and CPR certification, and the ability to lift, push, or pull up to 200 pounds with assistance. One year of relevant human-services experience and several additional certificates or degrees are preferred.
