Lifesteps is hiring part-time Day Program Aides to work Monday through Friday at its Adult Training Facility in Butler, Pennsylvania. The role supports adults with special needs through basic life skills, community participation, transportation, vocational skills, crafts, and recreational activities; staff also observe participant accomplishments and maintain a safe, clean environment. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, a current driver’s license, the ability to travel using an agency vehicle, and CPI and first-aid/CPR certification or the ability to obtain it within six months. One year of relevant disability-services experience and a relevant degree are preferred.
