Lifesteps is hiring multiple part-time Program Aides in Butler, Pennsylvania to support adults with special needs through daily activities, crafts, community outings, and life-skills development. The role includes observing participant progress, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and transporting participants in an agency vehicle. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with a high school diploma or GED, current driver's license, and the ability to obtain CPI and First Aid/CPR certification required; one year of relevant experience is preferred.
