Communitas is hiring a full-time Day Program Assistant Director in Woburn, Massachusetts, at $24.00 per hour for Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The role leads community-based work, recreation, leisure, and life-skills activities; supports case management, group coverage, and administrative work; assists with hiring, supervising, evaluating, and training staff; and provides personal care and assistance to individuals. A bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field, at least two years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities, and at least one year of administrative experience are required.
