Innovative Life Healthcare is hiring full-time and PRN Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in day programs or community-based settings. The role includes person-centered support, community integration, daily living assistance, skill development, documentation, safety supervision, behavior support, and collaboration with families and clinicians. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, English proficiency, physical ability to assist individuals, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for some sites, CPR and First Aid certification, proof of COVID-19 vaccination, and successful background and medical screening. The position offers a $750 sign-on bonus for new hires and comprehensive training.
