New Hope Community is hiring a Direct Support Professional I to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities at its Loch Sheldrake campus. The role provides person-centered assistance with daily routines, personal care, meals, community participation, health and safety, behavioral and medication supports, documentation, and collaboration with clinical and support staff. It is available on weekdays and day shifts, with varying shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights, and emergency coverage as needed.
