Description
The Day Program Manager oversees the operation and delivery of community-based day programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include staffing, recruitment, scheduling, training, performance evaluations, compliance, health care, medication administration, financial management, billing, purchasing, incident response, and maintenance of facilities and vehicles. The role requires a bachelor's degree and two to three years of related human services experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with applicable licenses, certifications, and a current driver's license.
