Beacon Specialized Living is hiring a Day Program Professional to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, and autism in a structured daytime setting. The role leads social, recreational, and community-based activities; supports independence, social skills, and daily living; implements individual service plans; provides personal care and medication administration; ensures safety; uses crisis prevention strategies; completes documentation; and transports individuals in community settings. Applicants must be at least 18, hold a valid driver’s license, have a GED or high school diploma, and demonstrate compassion, dependability, teamwork, communication, and willingness to learn.
